We strive to ensure you fall in love with every piece from Koa Living. However, if something doesn’t feel right, our return policy is outlined below.

Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order. Beyond this period, we will be unable to accept returns.

Eligible Categories

We accept returns only for a select range of products:

  • Bedding Textiles

  • Rugs

  • Pillows

  • Throws

  • Home Scents

Please note: Categories such as furniture, lighting, mirrors, dinnerware, and other large, custom, or fragile items are non-returnable due to their nature and handling requirements.

Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, and tags

  • Have the original invoice or proof of purchase

  • Be packed securely for return pickup
    We reserve the right to reject returns if items show signs of use, are missing components, or are not returned in original packaging.

 

Non-Returnable Products

  • All furniture, lighting, and made-to-order items

  • Mirrors, dinnerware, wall art, and other delicate decor

  • Custom-made or clearance items

Damaged or Defective Products

If your package appears damaged or tampered with, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video.
 In case of visible damage or breakage:

  • Email us at info@koaliving.com within 24 hours of delivery

  • Attach the unboxing video and photos of the damage

We will evaluate the case and arrange for a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is free for eligible items and valid return requests made within 48 hours.

  • Ineligible or delayed return requests will not be accepted, and shipping costs will not be covered.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 business days after the returned item passes quality check
