Processing & Dispatch

Our collection includes both ready-to-ship pieces and made-to-order creations.

Ready-to-ship products are typically dispatched within 7–14 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Made-to-order furniture and larger pieces are handcrafted specifically for you and typically require 30–45 business days for production and dispatch.

Estimated timelines may vary during periods of high demand, festive seasons, or due to factors beyond our control. Should there be any significant delay, our team will keep you informed.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer complimentary shipping across India on all orders.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, product category, and logistics partner servicing your location.

International Shipping

We ship internationally on select products and destinations.

International shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and import tariffs are calculated based on the destination country, shipment size, and applicable regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery & Assembly

At present, Koa Living does not provide installation services.

For products requiring assembly, a detailed assembly guide will be included within the packaging. Customers are responsible for arranging assembly where required.

Delivery Inspection

We encourage customers to inspect their shipment upon delivery.

In the unlikely event that a package arrives visibly damaged, please retain all original packaging materials and contact us immediately before discarding any cartons or protective materials.
